By the home's heated square footage, the same number you'd put on the MLS. Photos start at $165 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft. Enter the square footage when you book and the price updates; if the home turns out larger, we'll tell you before the shoot, not after.
Clear kitchen and bathroom counters, open blinds, turn on every light, put cars in the garage or down the street, and hide trash cans and hoses. A 20-minute tidy makes a bigger difference than any edit.
No. Many agents leave a lockbox code or have the seller let us in. Add access notes when you book.
The Zillow 3D Tour is built for listings: it sits on the Zillow listing, comes with a floor plan, and helps the listing show up in Zillow search. Matterport is a measured 3D model with a dollhouse view, better for high-end listings, new construction, and builders or remodelers who need accurate dimensions.
