Is the price the same for agents and contractors?
Yes. Every scan is $199 + 5 cents/sq ft, measurements included. Extra work like progress re-scans or long-term hosting is quoted separately.
Does the property need to be empty or staged?
No. Listings should be show-ready because the scan is what buyers see. Job sites and occupied homes are fine as they are; just clear walkways so every room can be reached.
How accurate are the measurements?
Accurate enough for planning, estimates, and layout. Confirm critical dimensions on site before fabricating anything like cabinets or countertops.
How do I share it?
You get a link that works in any browser. Agents also get an unbranded link for the MLS. You can embed it on a website or send it to owners, designers, and subs.
How long does it stay online?
Hosting is included. If you need a scan kept online long-term, for a project record or a property you manage, ask and we'll set that up.
